This beautiful, unique, natural edge Earpod wood bowl was handmade on the Big Island of Hawaii by woodworker, artist, and bowl turner Llosh Winne. This bowl was hand-turned from a sustainably-sourced, locally-grown Earpod tree, harvested on Big Island. The artist spends hours hand-carving the Earpod wood log to create the shape of the bowl, sands and smooothes the bowl, then adds decorative, colorful gemstone inlay. This Earpod wood bowl is detailed with blue lapis lazuli. This bowl is extra special because of the natural edge maintained around the rim of the bowl and the natural black spalting, which gives the bowl a beautiful and intricate design.
This bowl is also special for its unique design that reminds us of a manta ray swimming, raising its wings and gracefully gliding through the ocean.
